although i do not specialize in weddings, i have been able to be a second shooter for some great wedding photographers. i usually don't post my wedding work on this blog, but i think i loved this wedding too much not to share some of the shots i captured.

I'm Alive. (barely)

now that the holiday rush is over, i can update this blog with some of my many sessions.
i will now be putting more effort into a blog re-vamp, a new website, and finally figuring out why my photos don't transfer well to the web. anyone want to help me with any of that?

I would like to thank my clients again for being so great and for keeping me so incredibly busy!
did i mention that i was pregnant through all of this?!? yes, we are expecting #2 in june and it is such a blessing that I don't get pregnancy sickness because I would have had to cancel every one of your sessions.

holy crazy month of november!
i have never been this busy with a record 18 photo shoots this month and counting. actually, i have no more availability and have actually had to start saying no. that's hard for me, but there is just only one of me and i need to sleep sometime.
have i even thought about my own christmas cards? not one bit. we'll see if it happens this year.

i am obviously so behind with blogging all the sessions so i give you this hodge podge
of just some of my recent work....starting with a maternity shoot with my sister and her husband. i seriously can't wait to meet this baby boy of theirs.

sweet baby violet.

my dear friend moranda had her first baby this past week and i was lucky enough to hold her sweet baby violet in the hospital and take some precious photos within her first 24 hours of life.
nothing is better than a newborn sweet angel baby.
